1. Right to Cancel In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

2. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, the timepiece must be:

• In its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

• Accompanied by all original packaging, certificates (COSC/Warranty cards), and accessories.

• The security seal must remain intact.

3. Bespoke & Personalized Items Please note that watches customized or made to specific customer requirements (Bespoke) are non-refundable unless faulty.

 We will arrange a secure, insured collection. Do not ship the item back without prior authorization.
