2. Accuracy of Information While we strive for perfection, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Warranty Each Vanguart timepiece is covered by a limited international warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized servicing.

4. Governing Law These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
